CAR-DUN-ALObedience Dog Training Club teaches you to train your dog!
The name of the Club is taken from the three villages of Carpentersville, Dundee, and Algonquin, IL where the Club was originaly founded. Since it's inception in 1963, the Club's location has changed a number of times, moving from Carpentersville to Elgin and back again. CDA is currently located in Huntley, IL. (map)
Since the first classes were started in 1963, Car-Dun-Al has helped thousands of dogs and their families work together for better relationships between the dogs and their people. The Club has rehabilitated many "bad dogs" into loving family members and has helped teach responsible behavior, saving many from the fate of being destroyed. Some dogs have come to CDA on advise from Veterinarians, others under direction from the Courts, with mandates that the dog's bad behavior be curbed or have the family face the final option of the dog's destruction. The Club's reputation is one of achieving improved behavioral results where others have failed.
